The frame fits, and blocks wind, almost like a goggle with its vented, one-piece foam brow/nose pad and side flares. Going beyond traditional UV protection, supravision lenses block out short-wave blue components of visible light up to 400nm, making them a must-have for spring snow conditions, when a goggle is too warm, but the snow is too fast for regular sunglasses. The black transparent frame comes with the UVEX supravision smoke lens, which is great for sunny days, but not so dark that it hampers contrast. Supravision lenses are anti-scratch, anti-static (discourages snow and dust from sticking to them), anti-fog, and impact resistant. They block 100% UVA, UVB and IR radiation. These lenses are so tough, UVEX engineers estimate they have five-times the usable life of a normal polycarbonate lens. Read more
