The electronic giant of Korea, Samsung will impeach to American rival Apple for obstruct of putting iPhone 5 on the markets.

According to economy newspaper that printed in Korea, Maeil: At the period of iPhone would be putted in the American markets, Samsung will start a new period in Korea and in abroad. The two huge company that produce smart phone iPhone (Apple), Galaxy S (Samsung) and the smart tablets iPad (Apple), Galaxy Tab(Samsung) accuse each other with design and technology thieving in international area.

The company of Samsung lost the legal war that entered with the company from California. The legal war was about banning to selling of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 that seems like iPad in Germany. Samsung who carry the judgement to discernment, bringed an action against Apple with giving reasons of mobile cominication patents after three days at France.

Again the Suit between two companies is continue in USA, Australia and South Korea.

It has been waited that Apple will put the iPhone 5 on the markets in America in the middle of October.
