Skiing is shorts isn't all it's cracked up to be; in fact, it kinda sucks. The Obermeyer Stowe Pant is waaaaay better. That's because it has a DWR finish on the durable and comfortable Stormshield fabric that makes water bead up and roll off instead of soaking through to your skin. Andget thisthere's these things called gaiters with gripper elastic around the hems to keep snow from going up your leg. Articulated knees help you bend your knees and reinforced cuff guards protect the bottom of hem from the abuse that comes from parking lots, rocks, other people's skis. We'd like to see a pair of shorts do that.
