The Oregon Scientific RGR382 Wireless Rain Gauge combines an automatic self-emptying rain cup with a digital clock. The rain collector has a wireless transmission of up to 100 feet depending on conditions. The rain is measured and then eliminated for ease of use. The daily as well as the 9-day historical rainfall amount can be displayed in inches or millimeters on the main unit. This feature enables you to accurately monitor the water needed for plants, vegetable gardens and lawns. The customizable rainfall alarm alerts you to excessive amounts of rain. The RGR382 reset tool enables monitoring total rainfall over any time period since the last reset. The digital clock can display the time in 12 or 24 hour format. The main unit has sturdy base allowing placement on counters, desks or tables.
