Swimming is the best all-around exercise that works out the most muscles and even improves your cardiovascular system. Included here are all the accessories to get you started. The ProSwimmer has several parts that all work to make your exercising experience as comfortable and efficient as possible. The flotation belt keeps you floating comfortably and has two 18" long nylon straps that attach to the spreader which keeps the straps away from the swimer's feet. From the spreader there is another nylon strap called the Tether Strap which attaches to any fixture around the pool such as the diving board, stairs, or skimmer. Along with all the equipment, there is also an instructional flyer and video. The video is a 27 minute narration by Mark Sptiz himself.
